Project Victory works with military personnel and veterans, who served in Operation New Dawn, Operation Enduring Freedom or Operation Iraqi Freedom who have post concussive symptoms or traumatic brain injury. Project Victory is made possible by a grant given to TIRR Foundation from the Iraqi Afghanistan Deployment Impact Fund of the California Community Foundation. Project Victory's holistic program provides America's warriors with recovery through education, rehabilitation and community reintegration.
